Maison de Lilly Beauty Academy – Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Maison de Lilly Beauty Academy offers the following refund policy for students enrolled in our apprenticeship cosmetology program:

• Students who withdraw within the first 14 calendar days of the program start date are eligible for a 100% refund of tuition and fees paid, minus non-refundable administrative costs and any used materials.

• After the first 14 days, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the percentage of the program completed.

• No refunds will be issued after 50% of the program has been completed.

• The $40 credential/licensure fee is non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the official withdrawal request.
